Can you make a custom product or insert tray?

Unfortunately we do not offer custom one-off variations at the moment, and it is not currently in our plans. However, we do have a requests section where you can submit recommendations for future products. You can find this by clicking here.

Can you make my product in a different colour?

All of our available colours are listed on the product page. Some products are available in more than one colour.

Why are the insert trays only available in grey and black?

We have tested multiple colours for our insert trays and have decided that grey and black are the best options.

White gets dirty immediately, and coloured versions will not be a perfect match to the brand colour.

Are your products 3d printed?

Yes, most of our products are 3d printed. It allows us to create lots of variations and make adjustments when needed.

Some people believe that 3d printed items are low quality which is sometimes the case with low-end machines. We use high-end machines and quality materials with a high melting point so your products will be durable and will not distort.

Can I buy the STL files and 3d print them myself?

Unfortunately the STL files are not for sale and its extremely unlikely that they ever will be.

Do you have any discount codes?

Any active discounts will be available on our social media pages, and they will also be sent to our email subscribers.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Add items to the cart, enter your address, and the shipping price will be generated. This is calculated based on size and weight. You can find more shipping details here.
