Can you make a custom product or insert tray?
Unfortunately we do not offer custom one-off variations at the moment, and it is not currently in our plans. However, we do have a requests section where you can submit recommendations for future products. You can find this by clicking here.
Are your products 3d printed?
Yes, most of our products are 3d printed. It allows us to create lots of variations and make adjustments when needed.
Some people believe that 3d printed items are low quality which is sometimes the case with low-end machines. We use high-end machines and quality materials with a high melting point so your products will be durable and will not distort.
Can I buy the STL files and 3d print them myself?
Unfortunately the STL files are not for sale and its extremely unlikely that they ever will be.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Add items to the cart, enter your address, and the shipping price will be generated. This is calculated based on size and weight. You can find more shipping details here.
