Flexi Tub Bucket Trug Handle Replacement & Upgrade - High Strength Holds Up to 90kg
Description
Contoured to the shape of a large flexi bucket to fit snug, and to feel like a normal handle, but 4x stronger. Supplied with stainless steel button screws to prevent rust, and matching nyloc nuts to prevent the fixings from coming loose. Our slim handle design still allows buckets to be stackable.
Tested and working with flexi buckets of all sizes from 12L up to 75L.
Weight tested up to 90kg (per pair).
Fitting instructions:
1. Slide the handle onto the bucket.
2. Mark the drill holes.
3. Remove the handle, and drill the holes with a 6mm drill bit.
4. Place the nyloc nuts into the handle and slide the handle back onto the bucket.
5. Tighten the screws in place with a 4mm allen key. **Do not overtighten or you risk cracking the handle. You should only be able to see 1mm of threads protruding the nyloc nut.

Unfortunately the STL files are not for sale and its extremely unlikely that they ever will be.
